Heads‑up: RollPack is applied within the elastic limits of the foam. Each product is rested before packing and wrapped to prevent surface deformation.
1) Order & Prep
Parts and fabric are matched, quality‑checked and labelled.
2) Protective Sleeve
A breathable sleeve and corner buffers protect against scuffs.
3) Vacuum & Compress
Gradual vacuum is applied; seams and zippers are positioned to distribute load evenly.
4) Roll & Barcode
Rolled into a cylinder; product/colour/series barcodes are attached.
5) Dispatch & Tracking
Loaded carefully; tracking number is shared automatically.
Technical view
RollPack temporarily compacts the foam’s open cells. Once the bag is opened, air refills the cells and the product returns to its original volume.

Products are rested before packing to avoid permanent sagging or seam stress after RollPack.
Unboxing — For best results
- Open on a flat surface; keep sharp tools away from the foam.
- Cut the vacuum bag from the edge gently; let air in.
- Let the product expand by itself; normal use is fine within 24 h.
- For fabric creases, hand‑smooth or use low‑heat steam.
In cold climates, leave the package at room temperature for 2–3 hours before opening to speed up rebound.
FAQs — About RollPack
Does RollPack damage the foam?
No. Compression is kept within design limits and does not exceed the foam’s elastic range.
How long until full shape returns?
Typically 24–72 hours. You can use it from day one; final loft settles in a couple of days.
Will there be any smell?
Vacuum packing can leave a short‑lived packaging scent that fades with ventilation.
Do I need RollPack for returns?
No. Our return guide includes a folding method; support provides packaging if needed.
Is temporary firmness in cold normal?
Yes. Full elasticity returns after a few hours indoors.
What about warranty?
Manufacturing defects are covered; RollPack does not void warranty.
